Added Animation edit (Animations->Settings->Animation Edit):
Mul Save
Action remove
Frame replace/insert/remove/export CenterX/Y change
Palette export/import
Note: unlike mulpatcher saving makes a complete rewrite, slower but no leftovers (smaller .mul size)
mulpatcher import/export compatibility on todo list
Map:
Added Replace Tiles (xmlbased)
Changed MapReplace you can now define target X/Y
Speech: csv import/export
Minor fixes

Very nice new version. Thanx for Speech.mul import/export.
What about import/export modified (with modified flag) cliloc (usable for patching from old cliloc file to new one) ?

Mmmh good idea, the import from csv is missing. The current export also saves the flag, so you could remove all non modified entries and i will add the import from csv to my todo :)

when I load a new anim (a bmp file for a new monster) only a white rectangle is seen.
can you fix it?
then, it could be nice, if you have a button, that center the bmp automaticly

TileData flag NoDiagonal (unused) is HoverOver in UO:SA renamed it
Added skillgrp.mul tab currently without edit feature
MultiEditor Plugin:
Added new button "Switch Transparent" makes a tile transparent
Added Misc->"Reset transparent tiles"
Added Misc->"Show Walkable tiles" highlights all walkable tiles (checks if a player with height 16 can stand there)

seems that you have put the wrong update there???
cause when I switch to plugin test I see a windows called "say hello"
what about UO:SA ??
what can I do???

hehe like the name says its a plugin example filled with senseless stuff :)
btw the only senseless plugin maybe its time to completly remove it, its from the time the plugin api was just coded to give the people an example what could be done with plugins.
Fiddler does not support the new uop format files, but you can modify/view the new mul's
eg in map tab you can look at Ter Mur,
Item tab supports 0x8000 entries ....
