Uop Packer

Here it is:

This program repacks uncompressed files (with name known) from Malganis unpacker.

Repacked file must have same hashes of original file, so we added manual hash editing for unknowns/wrong ones.
If hash is not right client does not recognize it.

I tried Repacker with a single file in a single directory, and it crashed when packing.
But it worked when I added two files to the directory.

We schedule release 2D -> UOKR Map Converter in a few weeks (maybe end of october) as open source.

eheh, for now we used it almost only with big uops
Code is not optimized and quite sure it gots bugs
