No i personally don't work on map editing. The tools or better scripts i've been ask to test doesn't edit maps. They simple convert the old *.mul map and static data into the .dat file format your UOKRUnpacker is working with via a POL Server Script and a pearl script. I've converted a custom map so far to a facet0.uop and it looks great except for some minor errors. But that's far too complicated as i stated to the author of these scripts. And it takes too much time.

That's why i asked for a perhaps possible --all cause that could decrease the process i tested for about 30 min. to 1 hour. Even then it takes about 5-6 hours to convert. But the author is working on the other steps also i think or hope :mrgreen:

Please, can anybody write me example to patch multiple files into UOP file ? I can patch one file from command prompt, but multiple no.

My example :

use multiple --patch switch:
UoKRUnpacker.exe --input facet0.uop --patch facet0_0_0.raw,0,0,0 --patch facet0_0_1.raw,0,1,0 --patch facet0_0_2.raw,0,2,0

Can you please in next version add multiple patch into program form with unlimited file support ? Command Line is fine, but have limited parameter line and patching 7169 files into facet0 (for example) is really hard work :)

some copy&paste action with a text editor of your choice should be much less effort than programming a new OS or at least shell with unlimited command line length (most shells - on Windows as much as on other OS - have a CLI line limitation of max. 2048 characters)

I have program for generate command line parameters and calling program, but why not do it more usable in program :)

We've updated the program. Here the new one ( http://scriptsharing.dv-team.de/dle/com ... p?dlid=865 ).

We've updated the gui, the command line (use --help to check the new switches) and the file parsing according to the structure corrections posted by Trick here.

It could be buggier, slow to death... well dunno, if there are any problem drop a PM on this forum (or write a post here).

We'll fix the bugs, when we'll have the time :)

Could you post the source code for this application? I think UO:KR development will progress much faster if we keep everything open source.

Well, there isn't much more space to develop, as long as we are unable to unpack files with their true names or at least know the hash algorhytm...

I want to create a converter or atleast make a map creator similar to dragon but I never got familiar with the MUL file formats because all the tools had been provided for me. I would like to get started on uop editors asap, so I would appreciate any assistance.
